When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Please allow additional time during holidays, launches, restocks, or special promotions.


Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. Local delivery is available for approved Las Vegas, NV orders only.

Once approved, your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout and left at your doorstep within the week.


Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available for approved local orders.

If pickup is offered for your order, details will be shared directly once availability has been confirmed. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.


Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, Producing Petals ships within the United States only.


How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is applied.


Do you accept returns?

We hope you love your order. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup if they are unused and in original condition.

What items are final sale?

Stickers, sale items, seasonal or limited-release items, and any item marked final sale are not eligible for return.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.


Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee order changes once your order has been placed.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please reach out right away if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted.
