Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you love your order.

Because Producing Petals is a small shop, we ask that returns meet the guidelines below.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup if they are:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • unmarked

  • in their original condition

For Bibles, devotionals, journals, and other paper goods, items must be returned unused and free of writing, highlighting, damage, or wear.

For apparel and hats, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • stickers

  • sale items

  • seasonal or limited-release items

  • any item marked final sale


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.


Return Shipping

We hope you love your order. If something is not right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused and in their original condition. If a return is approved, we will provide the next steps for sending it back, and customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Local Pickup and Local Delivery

Orders placed with local pickup or local delivery follow the same return window, beginning on the date the order is picked up or delivered.
